We are located in the best connected area of the city, just a few steps from two metro stations, Sol station (lines 1, blue, 2, red, and 3, yellow) and Callao station (lines 3, yellow and 5, green).

How to reach the hotel from the Airport?

All of our clients can use the transport service of the Best Western chain to and from the airport.

In order to use this service from the airport it is necessary to call the hotel at 91 531 41 00 to coordinate the pick up with the bus service. The pick up timetable is Monday to Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and passengers are picked up from the BUS HOTEL bus stops of each terminal. They are located at:

T1: Coming out of the terminal, 50 metres away to the right of the arrivals hall Nº 2.
T2: Coming out of the terminal, between the arrivals halls Nº 5 and 6.
T4: In the bus parking zone, level 0. Once in the public arrivals zone, go up the mechanical transporter one level, to the left, turn to the right towards the covered vehicle parking area and then go down to the left, to the bus parking zone.

To take the service to the airport it is necessary to book at the hotel reception the day before. The timetable for the departures from the hotel is Monday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Price: 10 € per person (+ V.A.T.) per journey. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

By METRO:

Take the pink line (8) towards the Nuevos Ministerios station, then change to the dark blue line (10) towards the Tribunal station, and finally change to the light blue line (1) towards the Sol station. When you come out of the station walk along calle Preciados and at the third corner turn to the left into calle Maestro Victoria.

How to reach the hotel by car?

Follow the signs to the city centre and then head towards calle Mayor. Once in calle Mayor take calle Bordadores, cross over calle Arenal and go along calle San Martín. Turn to the right off calle San Martín and take calle del Maestro Victoria, 5.
