What time is check-in and check-out?

12.00 midday (if you need a late check-out and depending on availability, we will do all we can to accommodate you).

Can I check out late?

No, but it is possible, if rooms are available and by consulting our staff at Reception in advance.

Can I choose the type of beds in my bedroom? (double bed – two beds)

Yes, we have rooms with a double bed and with 2 or 3 beds.

Do the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?

Yes. We have rooms with a terrace on the top floor.

Are there non-smoking bedrooms?

Yes. We would ask you to place a request in advance.

How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?

The hotel has 5 floors – There is a lift.

Is there air conditioning in the bedrooms? It is on all year round?

Yes. All the rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and it works all year round.

Is your hotel adapted for the disabled?

No.

Can you look after my luggage when I check out of the bedroom?

Yes, we offer a left luggage service.

Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?

Descalzas car park 50m away – approximately €25 per day (2010).

Do you have any Internet or e-mail point in the hotel for clients?

In the lounge we offer a computer with a free Internet connection and a room which also has a computer and free Internet connection.

Do you provide broad band Internet in the bedroom for my laptop? Is it wireless?

We offer a free wireless Internet service throughout the Hotel.

What languages do they speak at reception?

Spanish and English.

Where can I hire a car?

At the Hotel Reception.

How far is Puerta del Sol?

200 m.

How far is the Prado museum?

900 m.

How much is a taxi from the airport? How long does it take?

Approximately € 40. 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

What is the area it is located in like?

Pedestrianised shopping area in the centre of Madrid – Historical district.
